Signature Serve; Ingredients: 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin and 100ml Lamb and Watt Original Tonic Water. Garnish: Slice of Ginger and Lemon Wedge
Method: Fill a large balloon glass with cubed ice and add 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger gin, then top with 100ml Lamb and Watt Original Tonic. Stir gently and garnish with a thin slice of ginger and a wedge of lemon
