Psychological safety in the workplace

This short course identifies the elements of psychological safety in the workplace, the benefits of a psychologically safe working environment and the risks of a psychologically unsafe working environment on employees, management and the organisation. By the end of the course, the learner should be able to identify a lack of safety and implement the knowledge learned to create a psychologically safe working environment for all parties concerned.
